Custom items make up the majority of our business, and almost all of our items are made to order. *Due to the current volume of orders, please keep in mind that turnaround time for custom orders is 3-4 weeks. In stock items will ship in 1-2 business days. We ship USPS and most orders in the U.S. arrive within 2-3 days. Shipping time for other countries varies.

Yes! Shipping will be an extra cost, but we will ship anywhere in the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country and the products you order.

International buyers (especially European buyers), please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. If you refuse to pay VAT charges and your order is sent back to us, we will not offer a refund, and we will only reship the item to you once you have paid additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Sales on custom items are final - we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged upon delivery. This policy applies to European buyers as well. Returns on pre-made items are accepted within 14 days after you receive your items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and you will receive a refund for the purchase price minus shipping once the item is received by us.
